Well fine family and friends I guess it has been just a while since I last graced my own page with some new words. So let me see if I can still type after loosing all my fingers in that horrible accident that never happened.

I guess to get things started since I am actually tired right now is to begin with the new dinner recipe. That's right I can cook edible food sometimes. Okay so here we go:

Start with chicken breast strips and season with some Dill, a pinch of oregano, and some pepper. Next wrap each strip with a piece of regular(not Maple) bacon. Place these on a cookie sheet into the oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn and bake for another 15-20 minutes until tender and done.

While this is going on I am torn between either just making some linguine with alfredo sauce or penne with marinara. This choice is up to you. I will go with the 2nd and choose penne(my favorite). I boil the penne and drain and in a separate pot create my marinara (not spaghetti) sauce.

When all is done I plate this dish by placing a serving of penne in the center of the plate, top with the sauce, and place a strip of chicken on either side. Serve with some bread and whala we have the next dinner at Benji's Menu.

Well it was nice to catch up I will now go sleep, and I will be typing again much much sooner than last.
