I'm Back!

Not that I went on any great journey, but I have not written anything in a while either. I guess I should fill in as many blanks as I can. A while back I was laid off from my company during their lets clean house phase. Then about a week and a half later they called me on sunny Tuesday morning and asked if I would like to come back to work for them. They wanted me to travel for them around the country setting up systems for an account they had gotten. I met with them the next week and worked out the details and was all set to begin traveling just as soon as the first store was ready. A couple weeks later I began the pre-employment ritual and was set to start the following Monday. When I arrived Monday I was told that the plans had changed and I was now going to be placed in the office and would be taking over technical support for several other accounts and assisting the Vice President. So as it now stands I am now sitting in my cubicle blogging during my lunch break. I am officially part of the Dilbert comic strip. I get here at 8am drink way too much coffee, answer calls all day, check my email an unbelievable amount of time, and (since I am the tallest here apairently)put the new rolls of paper towels on the top shelf in the breakroom. It has been a very interesting transition. I have 2 computers in my cube, Calvin and Hobbs backdrop on one, my own phone extension, a pen&pencil holder, and a stapler! Well anyways that's my new days. I am sure that this will spark a whole new era of blogs and floobles, so with that let it begin.
